The Body & Soul Road Runners is a low-pressure, high-reward running club in Keene, N.H., offering big results for everyone. If you’ve ever thought about running for fun, for fitness, for mental health, for race t-shirts, then join us!
We also meet at Body & Soul Personalized Fitness on:
- Wednesdays, 5:30 a.m.
- Fridays, 9 a.m.
- Saturdays, 8 a.m.
You can come as often your schedule allows. With RRCA-certified coach Sara Alderfer, you’ll learn with us how breathing, stride efficiency, and smart progressive training can improve your running and help you have a great race. You’ll also enjoy:

So… Why do we love running together?
At the Body & Soul Road Runners, we all run for our own reasons. We have unique goals and a wide range of abilities. We run together because we keep each other heading in the right direction—and it’s fun! Together we have accomplished things we would never have done on our own. A first 5K. Half-marathons. Marathons. Running 5 miles on a Saturday morning, just because you want to.
Starting a running program can be fun and doable when you’re surrounded by supportive people and smart coaching. All too often people are turned off by running because they attempt to teach themselves and they attempt too much too soon. Let us share what has worked for us! We love to help beginners get started because we are all still in awe of what our own first runs have led to.
Experienced runners are happily welcome, too! You can jump right in for the fun of it or to work on specific training goals. Collectively, we have some pretty impressive race results at lots of different distances. Every year we like to set new, loftier goals and we work hard on them, each of us at the appropriate level.
Road Runners can help improve your running whether you’ve yet to lace up your sneakers or if you’ve run five marathons. We can’t wait to run with you!
