TRX Suspension Training
A highly efficient and effective total body approach to getting stronger and improving your balance. You use multiple muscle groups at all times, leveraging as much or as little of your own body weight as is appropriate. Instructors always share modifications to make TRX appropriate for varying fitness levels.
A yogic approach to suspension training. Balance, mobility, flexibility, and core strength are all challenged and improved in a gentle, exploratory way.
