Road Runner’s Mission Statement
The Body & Soul Road Runners’ mission is two-fold: 1). We strive to create a positive running, community supporting runners of all ages, abilities, goals, and experience levels by providing coaching, inspiration, guest speakers, camaraderie, and a variety of training programs, and 2). We work to contribute to the greater Keene community by organizing and promoting charitable road races and volunteering for local non-profits.
We are a low pressure running club in Keene, N.H., offering big results for everyone. We are run by a volunteer Board of Directors with a common interest of running and community support. We are sponsored by Body & Soul Personalized Fitness with Sara Alderfer, a RRCA-certified coach. We love to run—and we’d love to run with you!
We meet regularly for group runs at Body & Soul Personalized Fitness on:
- Mondays, 5:30 PM
- Wednesdays, 5:30 AM
- Fridays, 9:00 AM
- Saturdays, 8:00 AM
